- TM.7 Form (Application for Extension)
- STM.2 Form (Acknowledgement of Terms)
- Passport (with at least 6 months validity)
- Copy of passport data page
- Copy of current visa page

You must apply at the Immigration Office in your current province. The most common locations are:
- Bangkok: Immigration Division 1 (Government Complex, Chaengwattana)
- Chiang Mai: Chiang Mai Immigration Office
- Phuket: Phuket Immigration Office
- Pattaya: Chonburi Immigration Office
You should apply for your extension within the last 15 days of your current visa validity. Applying too early may result in rejection, and applying after your visa expires will result in overstay fines (500 THB per day).
The official government fee for a 30-day tourist visa extension is 1,900 THB. This is paid directly at the immigration office. Our service fee is just $5 USD to help you prepare all the necessary documents correctly.
The TM.30 is a Notification Form for Housemaster, Owner, or the Possessor of the Residence Where an Alien Has Stayed. This form must be completed within 24 hours of your arrival by the owners of the lodging where you are staying.
What is the TM.30?
The TM.30 is a notification that your accommodation provider must submit to immigration within 24 hours of your arrival. Hotels automatically handle this for you.
Do I need to worry about it?
If you are staying at a hotel, they will handle this for you. If you are renting an apartment or staying with friends, confirm they have submitted the TM.30, as immigration may ask for proof.
